By purchasing an item on Medieval Vanilla you are agreeing to following all the rules and terms of compliance found on our discord server and minecraft server. Failure to do so may result in the removal of your account from the server and does not leave you eligible for refunds. Per local laws where we are set up, Medieval Vanilla and all assets are not obligated to give refunds on digital items after the product is delivered. The system is set to automatically deliver items after purchase, if you, the buyer, do not receive some or all of the items after proof of purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of original purchase. If you do not open a support ticket on our discord, Medieval Vanilla will assume the system has worked as intended and that you had received your items. Medieval Vanilla has a 14 day refund policy within purchase abiding by the aforementioned terms. Due to a constantly changing server landscape, while rare,alterations may be made to rank permissions should something be found that negatively impacts the server. Any issues should be forwarded to the owner of the server to be dealt with either through DM's on Discord or a ticket on Medieval Vanillas Discord Server.
